Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information Innovaith Solutions (“Innovaith”, “we”, “us”) collects through innovaith.com, why, and the choices you have. We are the organisation responsible for this information, which some laws call the data controller or data fiduciary.

It covers this website only. When we work for a client, the personal information in that project is handled under our written agreement with that client.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use a form on this website we receive what you enter. On the homepage form that is your name, work email, what you need help with, where you are today and your message. On the contact page it is also your company, optional phone number, project type, industry, optional budget range and timeline. We also record which form you used, the language of the page and the time you sent it.
  • Emails. If you email us, we receive your message, your address and anything you attach. That includes job applications, where your resume and covering note will usually contain your work history and contact details.
  • Technical data. When you visit, your browser sends standard information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver the website and keep it secure. We also use your IP address briefly to limit how often the contact form can be used. It is held in memory only, and it is not included in the enquiry we receive.

Please don't send us sensitive information, such as health or financial details, through the forms. We don't need it to reply to you.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we rely on the information you choose to give us for the purpose you gave it, and on your consent where that is required. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

We don't use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don't add you to marketing lists. We won't use the details from an enquiry for anything unrelated without telling you first.

Cookies and similar technology

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. It stores two small preferences, and only when you ask for them:

NameTypeWhat it doesHow long it lasts
langCookieRemembers the language you picked from the language menu1 year
themeLocal storageRemembers light or dark mode. It stays in your browser and is never sent to usUntil you clear it

Because these only remember a choice you made, there is no cookie banner. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings. The website still works without them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with these service providers, who process it on our behalf to run the website and handle email:

  • Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
  • Resend delivers contact form enquiries to our inbox.
  • Google LLC provides our email through Google Workspace.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business. Links on this website to other sites, such as LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

International transfers

We are based in India, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by the safeguards our providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that become client work: for as long as we work together, and afterwards as long as we need to for contracts, tax and accounting.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner or we hire you.
  • Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period, under its own retention settings.

How we protect it

This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your information we will tell you and the authorities when the law requires us to.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
  • delete it
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • pass it to you or another organisation in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent, where we rely on it

To do any of these, email admin@innovaith.com. We will reply within one month, or sooner if your local law requires it, and it is free. We may need to confirm who you are first.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in India, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India once you have raised the matter with us. In California and other US states with similar laws, you have the same rights to know, correct and delete, and we will not treat you differently for using them. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

Grievances

If you have a complaint about how we handle your information, write to our grievance officer at admin@innovaith.com. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.

Children

This website is for businesses and job seekers aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
